Lac Pelletier
The Lac Pelletier Property comprises 25 mining claims and a mining lease covering approximately 646 hectares and is located approximately 4 km southwest of Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec. The property is adjacent to Agnico Eagle's Wasamac Gold Project and is situated along the Wasamac Shear Zone.
Lac Pelletier has a historical estimated mineral resource of 681,200 tonnes grading 4.08 g/t Au for 89,400 oz Au in the Measured and Indicated categories, and 1,099,000 tonnes grading 3.89 g/t Au for 137,600 oz Au in the Inferred category.¹ Emperor is not treating the historical estimate as a current mineral resource.

Advancing Lac Pelletier
Emperor commenced work on an updated NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Lac Pelletier Gold Project in July 2026. The report is intended to integrate historical drilling, geological modelling, underground development, metallurgical data, geotechnical and hydrogeological studies and other available technical information.
The Company has also submitted an updated Remediation and Closure Plan for regulatory review as part of its ongoing work to advance the project. Following completion of the updated Technical Report, Emperor intends to commence a Pre-Feasibility Study, subject to the results of the ongoing technical work and other project considerations.
